    ABOUT THIS COFFEE

    Character
This lot is a blend of different varieties - because Finca Aurora is so small that certain lots are processed together. In this blend, 5 different varieties come together: Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Gesha and Catimora, which make for an exciting and delicious profile. Due to the high cultivation altitude, the cherries also ripen particularly slowly, so that the profile can become particularly complex: we taste an almost buttery sweetness, with the acidity of pears, the body is light and clear, which is not least due to the washed processing. The finish is long-lasting and sweet, with nutty notes.
