    About this coffee

Don Martin Catuaí Amarillo - this coffee comes from our dear friend Don Martin Urena in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. The yellow Amarillo varietal is quite rare and therefore exciting for us and it is the highest rated coffee we have received from Don Martin this season.

The coffee has been naturally processed anaerobically, which means that the coffee cherries have been fermented in an airtight tank for a period of time to help develop the flavour profile.

We taste blackberry, Meyer lemon and the sweetness of white chocolate in the cup.
